Intern

Athena GTX, Inc. is currently seeking 3 interns for the summer of 2021.

Interns must be within ONE to TWO years of graduation at an Iowa regent university, private college or community college. The intern may attend an out-of-state institution, but must be an Iowa High School graduate. INTERNS MUST BE CURRENT COLLEGE STUDENTS, NOT RECENT GRADUATES. Students that have graduated are INELIGIBLE.

Candidate shall have a minimum of junior year status from an engineering curriculum at a college or university in one of the following areas:

  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Biomedical
  • Computer Engineering

Candidate will be part of a team of engineering on next-generation wireless medical monitors and also lead a team in innovative concept for non-invasive blood pressure assessment which will require moderate capability in one or more of the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office
  • CADD
  • PSP1CE
  • C++
  • C#
  • miniature PCB Electronics and prototyping
