UU.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs posible que estemos en camino de batir algunos r\u00e9cords recientes\u201d, agreg\u00f3 la Dra. Anne Schuchat mientras publicaba los datos m\u00e1s recientes.<br \/>\nLas hospitalizaciones relacionadas con la influenza aumentaron a alrededor de 60 personas de cada 100,000 en la quinta semana de 2018, dijeron los CDC el viernes en su informe de vigilancia semanal.<\/p>\n<p>Eso es m\u00e1s alto que la semana pasada, cuando la tasa fue de 51 por cada 100.000, y m\u00e1s alto que durante la quinta semana de la temporada 2014-15, que registr\u00f3 alrededor de 44 personas hospitalizadas por cada 100.000. El CDC considera que la temporada 2014-15 es \u201cmoderadamente grave\u201d con altos niveles de enfermedad, hospitalizaciones y muertes en comparaci\u00f3n con temporadas anteriores y la ha utilizado como una comparaci\u00f3n con la temporada actual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pediatra: &#039;La gripe se propag\u00f3 como la p\u00f3lvora&#039;<\/strong><br \/>\nLas hospitalizaciones en el grupo de edad de 55 a 64 a\u00f1os y los niveles m\u00e1s altos de enfermedades similares a la influenza son donde estar\u00e1n los registros, anot\u00f3 Schuchat.<br \/>\n&quot;No tenemos se\u00f1ales de que las hospitalizaciones se estabilicen todav\u00eda&quot;, dijo, y agreg\u00f3 que durante una temporada pasada pasada que se ve\u00eda similar a esta, se estima que &quot;34 millones de estadounidenses se enfermaron de gripe&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe, la actividad de la influenza fue generalizada en 48 estados y Puerto Rico durante la semana que termin\u00f3 el 3 de febrero, al igual que la semana pasada.
